Collaborative Governance Dalam Pengelolaan Sampah Perkotaan (Studi Kasus Di Tempat Pengolahan Sampah Terpadu TPST Sandubaya Kota Mataram)

Urban waste management is an increasingly complex environmental issue that requires collaboration among various stakeholders. Collaborative governance is important because waste management cannot be handled solely by the government but requires cooperation between the government, TPST managers, communities, and related actors. This study aims to analyze the implementation of collaborative governance in urban waste management at TPST Sandubaya, Mataram City, and identify supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that collaborative governance at TPST Sandubaya has been implemented through dialogue, trust-building, commitment, shared understanding, and improved coordination among actors. Supporting factors include institutional aspects, actor capacity, community participation, and communication. However, challenges remain, particularly limited resources and community participation. Strengthening coordination, infrastructure, and public awareness is needed to achieve sustainable waste management
