OPEN ACCESS STATEMENT

Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Biology and Microbiology (JAPBM) is a fully open-access journal. All published articles are made immediately and permanently available online without subscription fees, registration requirements, or access restrictions.

JAPBM believes that unrestricted access to scientific knowledge supports the wider dissemination, visibility, use, verification, and development of research. Readers may freely access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and reuse published articles in accordance with the applicable open-access license.

All articles published in JAPBM are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits users to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, transform, and build upon the published material for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that:

1. Appropriate credit is given to the author or authors and JAPBM.
2. A reference to the original publication is provided.
3. A link to the applicable license is included.
4. Any changes made to the original material are clearly indicated.
5. No additional legal or technological restrictions are imposed that limit the uses permitted by the license.

Copyright remains with the author or authors. Authors grant JAPBM a non-exclusive right of first publication and authorize the journal to publish, distribute, preserve, index, and make the article publicly available.

JAPBM applies no embargo period. The full text of each article is openly accessible immediately upon publication.

Authors may deposit the submitted manuscript, accepted manuscript, and published version of their article in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, academic networks, or other scholarly platforms. When depositing or sharing the published version, authors should provide complete bibliographic information and acknowledge JAPBM as the original place of publication.

Libraries, repositories, indexing services, and other scholarly organizations may harvest, preserve, index, and link to JAPBM content in accordance with the journal’s licensing, copyright, and archiving policies.

Third-party material included in an article may not be covered by the article’s open-access license when a separate copyright notice or credit line is provided. Users are responsible for obtaining permission from the relevant copyright holder before reusing material excluded from the CC BY 4.0 license.

Open access to JAPBM content does not remove the obligation to cite the original authors and publication appropriately. Plagiarism, misrepresentation, and use of published material without proper attribution remain prohibited. /

PERNYATAAN AKSES TERBUKA

Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Biology and Microbiology (JAPBM) merupakan jurnal akses terbuka penuh. Seluruh artikel yang diterbitkan tersedia secara langsung dan permanen melalui jaringan internet tanpa biaya berlangganan, persyaratan registrasi, maupun pembatasan akses.

JAPBM meyakini bahwa keterbukaan akses terhadap pengetahuan ilmiah dapat meningkatkan penyebarluasan, keterlihatan, pemanfaatan, verifikasi, dan pengembangan hasil penelitian. Pembaca dapat mengakses, membaca, mengunduh, menyalin, mendistribusikan, mencetak, menelusuri, menautkan, dan menggunakan kembali artikel sesuai dengan ketentuan lisensi akses terbuka yang berlaku.

Seluruh artikel yang diterbitkan dalam JAPBM didistribusikan berdasarkan Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License atau CC BY 4.0. Lisensi ini mengizinkan pengguna untuk membagikan, menyalin, mendistribusikan kembali, mengadaptasi, mengubah, dan mengembangkan materi yang diterbitkan untuk tujuan apa pun, termasuk tujuan komersial, dengan ketentuan bahwa:

Penulis dapat menyimpan dan menyebarluaskan versi naskah yang dikirimkan, versi naskah yang telah diterima, maupun versi artikel yang telah diterbitkan melalui repositori institusi, repositori bidang ilmu, situs pribadi, jejaring akademik, atau platform ilmiah lainnya. Apabila membagikan versi terbitan, penulis harus mencantumkan informasi bibliografis yang lengkap dan mengakui JAPBM sebagai tempat penerbitan pertama.

Perpustakaan, repositori, lembaga pengindeks, dan organisasi ilmiah lainnya dapat mengambil metadata, melestarikan, mengindeks, dan menautkan konten JAPBM sesuai dengan kebijakan lisensi, hak cipta, dan pengarsipan jurnal.

Materi milik pihak ketiga yang digunakan dalam suatu artikel mungkin tidak termasuk dalam lisensi akses terbuka artikel apabila terdapat pemberitahuan hak cipta atau keterangan kredit yang berbeda. Pengguna bertanggung jawab memperoleh izin dari pemegang hak cipta sebelum menggunakan kembali materi yang dikecualikan dari lisensi CC BY 4.0.

Akses terbuka terhadap konten JAPBM tidak menghilangkan kewajiban untuk mengutip penulis dan publikasi asli secara tepat. Plagiarisme, penyajian yang menyesatkan, serta penggunaan materi tanpa atribusi yang sesuai tetap dilarang.
