Author Guidelines

Authors are required to prepare manuscripts according to the official Author Guidelines and Article Template of Lumbung Pengabdian Kesehatan (JLP). Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, not under consideration in another journal, and relevant to the focus and scope of JLP.

The manuscript should include title, author names and affiliations, corresponding author email, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgments if any, and references. Authors must ensure that all references cited in the manuscript are listed in the reference section.

Authors are also required to follow the journal’s Publication Ethics, Submission Preparation Checklist, and Copyright Policy. Manuscripts that do not follow the journal template and author guidelines may be returned to the authors before entering the review process.

Panduan Penulisan untuk Penulis

Penulis wajib menyusun naskah sesuai dengan Author Guidelines dan Template Artikel resmi Lumbung Pengabdian Kesehatan (JLP). Naskah harus merupakan karya asli, belum pernah diterbitkan, tidak sedang diproses pada jurnal lain, dan sesuai dengan fokus serta ruang lingkup JLP.

Naskah harus memuat judul, nama penulis dan afiliasi, email penulis korespondensi, abstrak, kata kunci, pendahuluan, metode, hasil dan pembahasan, simpulan, ucapan terima kasih jika ada, dan daftar pustaka. Penulis wajib memastikan bahwa seluruh referensi yang dikutip dalam naskah telah tercantum dalam daftar pustaka.

Penulis juga wajib mengikuti Publication Ethics, Submission Preparation Checklist, dan Copyright Policy jurnal. Naskah yang tidak sesuai dengan template dan panduan penulis dapat dikembalikan kepada penulis sebelum masuk ke proses review.

Penulis disarankan membaca halaman Author Guidelines secara lengkap sebelum mengirimkan naskah.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • URLs or DOI links for references have been provided where available.
  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication in another journal/Naskah belum pernah diterbitkan sebelumnya dan tidak sedang diproses atau dipertimbangkan untuk diterbitkan di jurnal lain.
  • The manuscript is original, free from plagiarism, and does not contain data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, or other forms of publication misconduct / Naskah merupakan karya asli, bebas dari plagiarisme, serta tidak mengandung fabrikasi data, falsifikasi data, publikasi ganda, atau bentuk pelanggaran etika publikasi lainnya.
  • The manuscript is relevant to the focus and scope of Lumbung Pengabdian Kesehatan (JLP), particularly community service, health education, health promotion, public health, pharmacy, community empowerment, or other applied activities in the health field / Naskah sesuai dengan fokus dan ruang lingkup Lumbung Pengabdian Kesehatan (JLP), khususnya pengabdian kepada masyarakat, edukasi kesehatan, promosi kesehatan, kesehatan masyarakat, kefarmasian, pemberdayaan masyarakat, atau kegiatan terapan lainnya di bidang kesehatan.
  • The manuscript has been prepared using the official Lumbung Pengabdian Kesehatan (JLP) article template / Naskah telah disusun menggunakan template resmi artikel Lumbung Pengabdian Kesehatan (JLP).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF document file format / File naskah dikirimkan dalam format Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, atau RTF

  • The abstract is written clearly and contains the background, objective, method, results, and conclusion of the community service activity / Abstrak ditulis secara jelas dan memuat latar belakang, tujuan, metode, hasil, dan simpulan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
  • All tables, figures, images, and documentation photos are placed within the text at appropriate points and are provided with clear titles or captions / Semua tabel, gambar, foto, dan dokumentasi kegiatan telah ditempatkan pada bagian yang sesuai dalam naskah serta dilengkapi dengan judul atau keterangan yang jelas.
  • All references cited in the text are listed in the reference section, and all references listed are cited in the manuscript / Semua referensi yang dikutip dalam naskah telah dicantumkan dalam daftar pustaka, dan semua referensi dalam daftar pustaka telah dikutip dalam naskah.
  • The manuscript follows the stylistic, formatting, citation, and bibliographic requirements stated in the Author Guidelines / Naskah telah mengikuti ketentuan gaya penulisan, format, sitasi, dan daftar pustaka sebagaimana tercantum dalam Author Guidelines.
  • The authors have ensured that any photos, documentation, participant data, or community information used in the manuscript have been obtained and presented ethically / Penulis telah memastikan bahwa penggunaan foto, dokumentasi, data peserta, atau informasi masyarakat dalam naskah telah dilakukan secara etis.
  • All authors listed in the manuscript have made significant contributions and have approved the final version of the manuscript / Seluruh penulis yang tercantum dalam naskah telah memberikan kontribusi nyata dan menyetujui versi akhir naskah.
  • The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the editorial office during the submission, review, revision, and publication process / Penulis korespondensi bertanggung jawab atas komunikasi dengan editorial office selama proses pengiriman, review, revisi, hingga publikasi.
  • The authors agree to follow the journal’s Publication Ethics, Copyright Policy, Open Access Policy, and Price Policy / Penulis menyetujui dan bersedia mematuhi Publication Ethics, Copyright Policy, Open Access Policy, dan Price Policy jurnal.
  • The authors are willing to revise the manuscript according to comments and suggestions from editors and reviewers / Penulis bersedia melakukan revisi naskah sesuai komentar dan saran dari editor maupun reviewer.

Articles

This section accepts community service articles in the field of health, including health education, health promotion, pharmacy, public health, community empowerment, mentoring, training, and other applied health-related community service activities.

Copyright Notice

Authors who submit manuscripts to Lumbung Pengabdian Kesehatan (JLP) agree that the manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication in another journal.

Authors retain responsibility for the content of the manuscript, including originality, data accuracy, authorship, ethical compliance, and proper citation of sources. By submitting the manuscript, authors grant Lumbung Pengabdian Kesehatan (JLP) the right to publish, distribute, archive, and make the article available through the official journal website.

All authors listed in the manuscript must have contributed to the work, approved the final version of the manuscript, and agreed to its submission and publication in Lumbung Pengabdian Kesehatan (JLP).

Authors are required to complete and submit the Copyright Form when requested by the editorial office.
