ARTICLE TEMPLATE
All manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Biology and Microbiology (JAPBM) must be prepared using the latest official JAPBM Article Template.
The template has been designed to ensure consistency in manuscript organization, scientific presentation, formatting, declarations, and references. It contains the required structure for original research articles and provides guidance that may be adapted for review articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and short communications.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
Before submitting a manuscript, authors must:
1. Download and use the latest version of the JAPBM Article Template.
2. Replace all sample text, instructions, and bracketed information with the appropriate manuscript content.
3. Prepare the manuscript in clear academic English.
4. Save the manuscript in an editable Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX format.
5. Remove all instructional text, highlighting, comments, and unused sections before submission.
6. Ensure that tables, figures, captions, references, and declarations are complete and correctly positioned.
7. Prepare the file for double-anonymous peer review by removing:
• Author names and academic titles.
• Institutional affiliations.
• Email addresses.
• ORCID iDs.
• Acknowledgments.
• Named author-contribution statements.
• Information that may reveal the authors’ identities.
• Identifying information in the file name, comments, Track Changes, and document properties.
Complete author information must be entered separately in the OJS submission metadata.
FILE-NAMING RECOMMENDATION
Use a clear file name without author-identifying information, for example:
JAPBM_Manuscript_Short_Title.docx
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Manuscripts that do not use the latest JAPBM Article Template or do not comply with the Author Guidelines may be returned to the corresponding author for technical correction before editorial assessment.
The use of the template does not guarantee acceptance. Every manuscript remains subject to administrative checking, editorial screening, similarity checking, and double-anonymous peer review. /

Seluruh naskah yang dikirimkan ke Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Biology and Microbiology (JAPBM) wajib disiapkan menggunakan Templat Artikel JAPBM resmi dan terbaru.
Templat ini disusun untuk menjamin konsistensi organisasi naskah, penyajian ilmiah, format, deklarasi, dan daftar pustaka. Templat memuat struktur yang diperlukan untuk artikel penelitian asli serta petunjuk yang dapat disesuaikan untuk artikel tinjauan, tinjauan sistematis, meta-analisis, dan komunikasi singkat.

PETUNJUK UNTUK PENULIS
Sebelum mengirimkan naskah, penulis wajib:
1. Mengunduh dan menggunakan versi terbaru Templat Artikel JAPBM.
2. Mengganti seluruh contoh teks, petunjuk, dan informasi dalam tanda kurung dengan isi naskah yang sesuai.
3. Menyiapkan naskah dalam bahasa Inggris akademik yang jelas.
4. Menyimpan naskah dalam format Microsoft Word DOC atau DOCX yang dapat diedit.
5. Menghapus seluruh teks petunjuk, penanda warna, komentar, dan bagian yang tidak digunakan sebelum pengiriman.
6. Memastikan tabel, gambar, keterangan gambar, referensi, dan bagian deklarasi telah lengkap serta ditempatkan dengan benar.
7. Menyiapkan berkas untuk penelaahan sejawat anonim ganda dengan menghapus:
• Nama dan gelar akademik penulis.
• Afiliasi institusi.
• Alamat email.
• ORCID iD.
• Ucapan terima kasih.
• Kontribusi penulis yang mencantumkan nama.
• Informasi yang dapat mengungkapkan identitas penulis.
• Informasi identitas pada nama berkas, komentar, Track Changes, dan properti dokumen.
Informasi lengkap penulis dimasukkan secara terpisah melalui metadata pengiriman OJS.
REKOMENDASI NAMA BERKAS
Gunakan nama berkas yang jelas tanpa informasi identitas penulis, misalnya:
JAPBM_Manuscript_Judul_Singkat.docx
PEMBERITAHUAN PENTING
Naskah yang tidak menggunakan Templat Artikel JAPBM terbaru atau tidak mematuhi Pedoman Penulis dapat dikembalikan kepada penulis korespondensi untuk diperbaiki sebelum menjalani penilaian editorial.
Penggunaan templat tidak menjamin penerimaan naskah. Setiap naskah tetap menjalani pemeriksaan administratif, pemeriksaan awal oleh editor, pemeriksaan kemiripan, dan penelaahan sejawat anonim ganda.
