INFORMATION FOR READERS

The Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Biology and Microbiology (JAPBM) provides immediate and unrestricted access to scientific articles in pharmaceutical biology, pharmaceutical microbiology, medicinal plants, natural products, bioactive compounds, microbial biotechnology, antimicrobial research, microbial quality control, and related pharmaceutical sciences.

JAPBM welcomes readers from academic institutions, research organizations, healthcare facilities, industries, government agencies, professional organizations, and the wider scientific community.

1. OPEN ACCESS

JAPBM is a fully open-access journal.

Readers may access, read, download, save, print, search, link to, share, and reuse published articles without subscription fees or registration requirements, subject to the applicable copyright and licensing conditions.

There is no embargo period. The full text of each article is made available immediately after publication.

2. COPYRIGHT AND LICENSE

Copyright in published articles remains with the authors.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), unless otherwise stated for particular third-party material.

Under this license, readers may copy, distribute, adapt, transform, and build upon published material for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that:

• Appropriate credit is given to the author or authors.
• JAPBM is acknowledged as the original place of publication.
• A link to the applicable license is provided.
• Any changes made to the original material are clearly indicated.
• No additional legal or technological restrictions are imposed.

3. READER REGISTRATION

Readers are encouraged to register with JAPBM.

Readers should not remove the journal identity, authorship information, copyright notice, licensing statement, DOI, or other publication metadata from an article.

JAPBM does not require a paid subscription.

INFORMASI UNTUK PEMBACA

Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Biology and Microbiology (JAPBM) memberikan akses langsung dan tanpa pembatasan terhadap artikel ilmiah dalam bidang biologi farmasi, mikrobiologi farmasi, tanaman obat, bahan alam, senyawa bioaktif, bioteknologi mikroba, penelitian antimikroba, pengawasan mutu mikrobiologi, dan ilmu kefarmasian terkait.

JAPBM menerima pembaca dari institusi pendidikan, organisasi penelitian, fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, industri, instansi pemerintah, organisasi profesi, dan masyarakat ilmiah secara luas.

1. AKSES TERBUKA

JAPBM merupakan jurnal akses terbuka penuh.

Pembaca dapat mengakses, membaca, mengunduh, menyimpan, mencetak, menelusuri, menautkan, membagikan, dan menggunakan kembali artikel tanpa biaya berlangganan atau kewajiban registrasi, sesuai ketentuan hak cipta dan lisensi yang berlaku.

JAPBM tidak memberlakukan masa embargo. Teks lengkap setiap artikel tersedia segera setelah diterbitkan.

2. HAK CIPTA DAN LISENSI

Hak cipta atas artikel yang diterbitkan tetap dimiliki oleh penulis.

Artikel diterbitkan berdasarkan Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License atau CC BY 4.0, kecuali dinyatakan lain untuk materi tertentu milik pihak ketiga.

Berdasarkan lisensi tersebut, pembaca dapat menyalin, mendistribusikan, mengadaptasi, mengubah, dan mengembangkan materi yang diterbitkan untuk tujuan apa pun, termasuk tujuan komersial, dengan ketentuan:

• Memberikan atribusi yang sesuai kepada penulis.
• Mengakui JAPBM sebagai tempat penerbitan pertama.
• Mencantumkan tautan terhadap lisensi yang berlaku.
• Menjelaskan setiap perubahan terhadap materi asli.

Registrasi tidak dipungut biaya dan dapat memberikan fasilitas untuk:

• Mesin pencari ilmiah dan layanan penelusuran eksternal apabila tersedia.

Pembaca sebaiknya menggunakan situs resmi JAPBM sebagai sumber utama untuk memeriksa metadata, status publikasi, koreksi, dan pemberitahuan pencabutan artikel.

5. MENGUTIP ARTIKEL JAPBM

Pembaca yang menggunakan informasi, data, tabel, gambar, metode, atau temuan dari artikel JAPBM wajib mengutip publikasi asli secara tepat.

Informasi sitasi yang disarankan ditampilkan pada halaman artikel dan dapat mencakup:

• Nama penulis.
• Judul artikel.
• Nama jurnal.
• Tahun publikasi.
• Volume dan nomor.
• Rentang halaman atau nomor artikel.

Pembaca harus memeriksa informasi sitasi berdasarkan metadata artikel resmi sebelum menggunakannya dalam karya ilmiah.

6. MENGUNDUH DAN MEMBAGIKAN ARTIKEL

Artikel dapat diunduh melalui halaman artikel resmi.

Ketika membagikan artikel, pembaca disarankan menggunakan:

• Tautan DOI apabila tersedia.
• Berkas PDF terbitan resmi JAPBM.
• Informasi bibliografis yang lengkap.

Pembaca tidak boleh menghapus identitas jurnal, informasi penulis, pemberitahuan hak cipta, pernyataan lisensi, DOI, atau metadata publikasi lainnya dari artikel.

8. KOREKSI, PENCABUTAN, DAN PEMBARUAN

JAPBM berkomitmen menjaga rekam ilmiah yang akurat dan transparan.

Pembaca harus membuka halaman resmi artikel untuk memastikan apakah suatu artikel telah:

• Dikoreksi.
• Diperbarui.
• Dilengkapi pemberitahuan editorial.
• Diberi Expression of Concern.
• Dicabut.

Koreksi, pencabutan, dan pemberitahuan pascapublikasi lainnya akan ditautkan dengan artikel terkait apabila memungkinkan secara teknis.

9. MELAPORKAN KESALAHAN ATAU MASALAH ETIK

Pembaca disarankan memberi tahu kantor editorial apabila menemukan:

• Kesalahan fakta yang bermakna.
• Dugaan plagiarisme.
• Publikasi ganda.
• Fabrikasi atau falsifikasi data.
• Manipulasi gambar yang tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.
• Konflik kepentingan yang tidak diungkapkan.
• Permasalahan kepengarangan.
• Permasalahan etik atau hukum.

Laporan harus disampaikan dengan itikad baik dan sebaiknya memuat:

• Informasi kontak untuk tindak lanjut apabila diperlukan.

Permasalahan akan ditangani berdasarkan Pernyataan Etika Publikasi dan Malpraktik JAPBM.

10. PRIVASI DAN INFORMASI PRIBADI

Nama, alamat email, afiliasi, dan informasi pribadi lainnya yang dimasukkan dalam situs JAPBM hanya digunakan untuk kepentingan pengelolaan jurnal, komunikasi ilmiah, dan publikasi yang sah.

Informasi pribadi tidak akan digunakan untuk tujuan komersial yang tidak berkaitan atau disampaikan kepada pihak ketiga, kecuali diperlukan untuk operasional jurnal, kepatuhan hukum, pemeriksaan etik, atau layanan penerbitan ilmiah.

Pembaca disarankan mempelajari Pernyataan Privasi jurnal untuk memperoleh informasi lebih lanjut.

11. AKSESIBILITAS DAN DUKUNGAN TEKNIS

• Mengunduh PDF terbitan.
• Menelusuri konten jurnal.
• Mengakses arsip.
• Melakukan registrasi sebagai pembaca.
• Menerima pemberitahuan publikasi.

JAPBM tidak mewajibkan langganan berbayar.

13. KOMUNIKASI RESMI

Pembaca hanya disarankan mempercayai informasi yang diterbitkan melalui:

• Situs resmi JAPBM.
• Sistem pemberitahuan resmi OJS.
• Email editorial resmi JAPBM.
• Komunikasi institusional resmi Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram.

JAPBM tidak memberi kewenangan kepada agen tidak resmi untuk menjual akses artikel, memungut biaya pembaca, menjamin publikasi, atau menyediakan akses khusus terhadap konten jurnal.

14. MEREKOMENDASIKAN JAPBM KEPADA PERPUSTAKAAN

Pembaca dapat merekomendasikan JAPBM kepada pustakawan, kantor penelitian, program studi, fakultas, atau repositori institusi.

Perpustakaan dapat mencantumkan jurnal dalam:
