INDEXING AND ABSTRACTING

Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Biology and Microbiology (JAPBM) is committed to improving the discoverability, accessibility, visibility, and long-term availability of its published scholarly content.

JAPBM provides complete and structured article metadata through the Open Journal Systems platform. The journal seeks inclusion only in reputable scholarly search engines, directories, indexing databases, citation systems, and digital-preservation services that are relevant to its scope and publishing model.

CURRENT INDEXING STATUS

JAPBM is a newly established journal and is currently preparing its inaugural publications, ISSN registration, DOI and metadata infrastructure, and applications to appropriate indexing and discovery services.

At present, JAPBM does not claim official inclusion in any external indexing or abstracting database. The name, logo, and official link of an indexing service will be displayed on this page only after the journal’s inclusion has been confirmed and independently verified.

INDEXING AND DISCOVERY DEVELOPMENT PLAN

JAPBM is developing its indexing and visibility in the following stages:

1. Initial Scholarly Discoverability

The journal will prepare its website, article metadata, PDF files, references, and publication structure for discovery through:

• Google Scholar
• Garba Rujukan Digital (GARUDA)

2. Open-Access Directories

After obtaining an ISSN and meeting the applicable eligibility requirements, JAPBM intends to seek inclusion in:

• ROAD: Directory of Open Access Scholarly Resources
• Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)

3. DOI AND METADATA REGISTRATION

JAPBM plans to register Digital Object Identifiers and article metadata through Crossref after the journal’s DOI prefix and registration arrangements have been completed.

Crossref is a DOI registration and scholarly-metadata infrastructure and should not be interpreted as an indexing or abstracting database.

4. NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL VISIBILITY

Following the establishment of a consistent publication record and compliance with the requirements of each service, JAPBM intends to improve its visibility through:

• Dimensions
• Science and Technology Index (SINTA)
• Other reputable national, international, and subject-specific databases relevant to pharmaceutical biology and pharmaceutical microbiology

TRANSPARENCY OF INDEXING CLAIMS

The inclusion of a service in the development plan does not mean that JAPBM is currently indexed by that service.

JAPBM will not:

• Display an indexing-service logo before official inclusion has been confirmed.
• Describe an application, registration, evaluation, or metadata deposit as successful indexing.
• Claim indexing based solely on the appearance of the journal name on an unofficial website.
• Use misleading statements regarding journal rankings, metrics, accreditation, or database coverage.

After official confirmation, this page will be updated with:

• The name of the indexing or abstracting service.
• The official journal-profile link.
• The date or year of inclusion, where available.
• The scope of coverage, where relevant.

Readers, authors, and institutions are encouraged to verify indexing information through the official website of the relevant service.

INDEXING-INFORMATION UPDATES

Indexing information may change as databases revise their coverage, eligibility criteria, journal records, or technical requirements. JAPBM will periodically review this page and correct inaccurate or outdated information.

Questions or corrections concerning indexing information may be submitted to the JAPBM editorial office.

PENGINDEKSAN DAN ABSTRAKSI

Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Biology and Microbiology (JAPBM) berkomitmen meningkatkan keterlacakan, keterjangkauan, keterlihatan, dan ketersediaan jangka panjang seluruh karya ilmiah yang diterbitkan.

JAPBM menyediakan metadata artikel yang lengkap dan terstruktur melalui platform Open Journal Systems. Jurnal hanya akan mengupayakan pencantuman pada mesin pencari ilmiah, direktori, basis data pengindeks, sistem sitasi, dan layanan preservasi digital yang bereputasi serta sesuai dengan fokus dan model penerbitan jurnal.

STATUS PENGINDEKSAN SAAT INI

JAPBM merupakan jurnal yang baru didirikan dan sedang mempersiapkan penerbitan edisi perdana, pendaftaran ISSN, infrastruktur DOI dan metadata, serta pengajuan kepada layanan pengindeksan dan penelusuran yang sesuai.

Saat ini, JAPBM belum menyatakan telah tercantum secara resmi dalam basis data pengindeksan atau abstraksi eksternal. Nama, logo, dan tautan resmi suatu layanan hanya akan ditampilkan pada halaman ini setelah pencantuman jurnal dikonfirmasi dan dapat diverifikasi secara independen.

RENCANA PENGEMBANGAN PENGINDEKSAN DAN KETERLIHATAN

Pengembangan pengindeksan dan keterlihatan JAPBM dilakukan secara bertahap sebagai berikut:

1. Keterlacakan Ilmiah Awal

Jurnal akan mempersiapkan situs, metadata artikel, berkas PDF, referensi, dan struktur penerbitan agar dapat ditemukan melalui:

• Google Scholar
• Garba Rujukan Digital (GARUDA)

2. Direktori Akses Terbuka

Setelah memperoleh ISSN dan memenuhi persyaratan kelayakan yang berlaku, JAPBM akan mengupayakan pencantuman dalam:

• ROAD: Directory of Open Access Scholarly Resources
• Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)

3. REGISTRASI DOI DAN METADATA

JAPBM merencanakan registrasi Digital Object Identifier dan metadata artikel melalui Crossref setelah prefix DOI dan pengaturan registrasi jurnal selesai disiapkan.

Crossref merupakan infrastruktur registrasi DOI dan metadata ilmiah, bukan basis data pengindeksan atau abstraksi.

4. KETERLIHATAN NASIONAL DAN INTERNASIONAL

Setelah memiliki rekam penerbitan yang konsisten dan memenuhi persyaratan masing-masing layanan, JAPBM akan meningkatkan keterlihatannya melalui:

• Dimensions
• Science and Technology Index (SINTA)
• Basis data nasional, internasional, dan bidang ilmu lain yang bereputasi serta relevan dengan biologi farmasi dan mikrobiologi farmasi

TRANSPARANSI KLAIM PENGINDEKSAN

Pencantuman nama suatu layanan dalam rencana pengembangan tidak berarti bahwa JAPBM telah terindeks oleh layanan tersebut.

JAPBM tidak akan:

• Menampilkan logo pengindeks sebelum pencantuman resmi dikonfirmasi.
• Menyebut proses pengajuan, registrasi, evaluasi, atau deposit metadata sebagai keberhasilan pengindeksan.
• Mengklaim telah terindeks hanya karena nama jurnal muncul pada situs tidak resmi.
• Menampilkan informasi yang menyesatkan mengenai pemeringkatan, metrik, akreditasi, atau cakupan basis data.

Setelah memperoleh konfirmasi resmi, halaman ini akan diperbarui dengan:

• Nama layanan pengindeksan atau abstraksi.
• Tautan resmi profil jurnal.
• Tanggal atau tahun pencantuman apabila tersedia.
• Cakupan pengindeksan apabila relevan.

Pembaca, penulis, dan institusi disarankan memverifikasi informasi pengindeksan melalui situs resmi masing-masing layanan.

PEMBARUAN INFORMASI PENGINDEKSAN

Informasi pengindeksan dapat berubah apabila suatu basis data memperbarui cakupan, persyaratan kelayakan, rekaman jurnal, atau ketentuan teknisnya. JAPBM akan meninjau halaman ini secara berkala dan memperbaiki informasi yang tidak akurat atau tidak mutakhir.

Pertanyaan atau koreksi mengenai informasi pengindeksan dapat disampaikan kepada kantor editorial JAPBM.
