About the Journal

Lumbung Pengabdian Kesehatan (JLP) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Pharmacy Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram, Indonesia. The journal provides a platform for the publication and dissemination of community service outcomes in the health field. Its scope includes community service articles related to health education, health promotion, counseling, mentoring, empowerment, behavioral change, knowledge improvement, and other applied activities in all areas of health.

JLP is published four times a year, in January, April, July, and October. The journal welcomes original manuscripts that have not been published previously and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions must comply with the journal’s focus and scope, manuscript template, and author guidelines.

JLP provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making scholarly work freely available to the public supports a wider global exchange of knowledge and encourages broader community benefit.

All manuscripts submitted to JLP undergo an editorial screening process to assess suitability with the journal’s scope, writing format, and similarity check requirements before entering the peer review stage. Accepted manuscripts are published based on editorial consideration and reviewer recommendations through the journal’s single-blind peer review process.

Copyright for published articles follows the journal’s submission policy. Authors submitting manuscripts to JLP agree to the journal’s copyright provisions as stated in the author guidelines and publication policies. Any further licensing information, including the use of a Creative Commons license, will be stated clearly on the journal website.

JLP is institutionally supported by the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram, with broader support from Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram.

For digital preservation, JLP utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and to ensure long-term preservation and restoration of journal content.

The journal is committed to protecting user privacy. The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

The journal aspires to become an independent, excellent, and competitive community service journal and to serve as a publication platform for community service outcomes produced by lecturers and students in the health field.
